For more than 20 years, we have been inspired to help build a more intelligent health ecosystem. We provide a range of dedicated data intelligence and clinical services needed to help Australia’s health system further improve patients’ outcomes.
We are a Melbourne-based not-for-profit organisation, that works to support general practice and our broader community through a range of innovative clinical programs, including: POLAR; Mental Health Support Programs and Services for indigenous communities, universities, and Ambulance Victoria; Mental Health, Nursing, and Diabetes Clinics in General Practices across Victoria; Aurora Research Platform; Organisational Mental Health Care Support and Education programs for businesses; and Digital Health Consultation Services.

We need data to measure how well we are completing everyday tasks. In a complex environment like health, no clinician can be expected to know everything about every patient. We believe in a collaborative approach that leads to shared insights, greater understanding, and positive action.
It takes a lot of trust to share data. We know and understand that security is paramount. In addition to our own security experts, we use external 3rd party reviewers to make sure your data is kept safe and secure.
Our team works hard to deliver the best possible solutions. Our team of clinicians, developers and BI experts are always looking for a simple solution to a complex problem.
Sometimes with data it can be hard to know where to start. Our graphical interface takes away the pain of complex data. We are always looking to make it easy and deliver more insight.
